Organisational Structure

WAOCC has a structure that is accessible. In every country that we have reached, the Association elects a qualified member to co-ordinate the rest of the Ministers in that country. This would be at the National level. He eventually becomes the National President of WAOCC in that country. He goes ahead to elect an Executive committee for the first two years; which would be known and called as the National Executive Council [NEC]. After every two years, there would be a re-election of new members to the Executive Council with that of the National President left alone. The position of the National President in any country is changed only when there is a substantial evidence of misconduct.

These are the other members of the National Executive Council [NEC]:
The National Vice President, The National Secretary General, All Regional Presidents, Director for Publicity, Director for Logistics, Director for Finance, Director for Events.

Each of these Regional Presidents would be in charge of the Ministers in the different regions/states of any given country: and they would have their own Regional Excecutive Council [REC]; which should be made up of:
Regional Vice President, Regional Secretary General, Regional Director for Publicity, Regional Director for Logistics, Regional Director for Finance, Regional Director for Events.

At the international level, there is the International Executive Council [IEC] made up of:
The Chairman/CEO, The Vice Chairman, The Secretary General, All National Presidents from the different countries.
