Dr. Richard Joels is the Chairman/CEO of the WAOCC. He is a member of the Charismatic Council of Clergy [CCC]. He has a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, M.V.B.S in Veterinary Medicine, Bachelors in Pastoral Ministry, Masters in Church Planting & Missions, Doctorate in Theology, Honourary Doctorate in Divinity.

He has pioneered so many churches in Nigeria and Ghana respectively. He has worked with renowned Men of God in recent past: God's Generals like Rev. Tunde Bolanta of RESTORATION BIBLE CHRISTIAN CENTRE; Pastor Paul Adefarasin of ROCK FOUNDATIONS aka HOUSE ON THE ROCK; Pastor Charles Omofumah of THE CARPENTERS' CHURCH; Bishop O. A. Bernard of PRAISE VALLEY TEMPLE; all of whom I am indebted to. They have all contributed imensely to my spiritual development and my success in ministry.
